1)    Do you believe that the 2nd Amendment confers rights to individuals or only to the Militia / Military?
  Both
[10 Points]

2)    Do you support equal rights for all citizens of the United States regardless of the person's sexuality?
  Yes
[10 Points]

3)    If elected would you support legislation for the removal of firearm laws and regulations?  Why and to what extent?
Yes, it's the individual's right to bear arms laws that hinder that right or that deny that right are unconstitutional. I can't think of a law not to repeal other than that I believe that convicted violent criminals within the justice system probably shouldn't be armed.
[10 Points]

4)    Which of the following would you be willing to support in regards to same-gender and/or polyamarous marriages and/or civil unions?
    Check as many as apply:
[x]    Domestic partnerships for same-sex couples
[x]    Domestic partnerships for opposite-sex couples
[x]    Domestic partnerships for polyamarous (more than two consenting adults)
        [x]    Same-sex marriages
[x]    Opposite sex marriages (What we have now)
[x]    Polyamarous marriages (between more than two consenting adults)
[x]    All of the above.  Everyone should have equal rights under the law.
[x]    None of the above.  Government has no role in defining a marriage.  Leave it to the church.
[x]    Other - govt. shouldn't nec. have juridiction over marrage.
[10 Points]

         [x]    Informal Sport Shooting
[x]    Informal Target Practice and/or Plinking
         [x]    Collecting
         [x]    Constitutional Rights
         [ ]    Other __________________________________
         [x]    All of the above
[ ]    None of the above
[10 Points]

6)    Do you support the right for people to act as they wish in a private setting, with other consenting adults?
  Absolutely
[10 Points]

7)    Would you support the banning of some firearms?  (IE:  Saturday night specials and "assault weapons")  Why and to what extent?
Not the banning, but I might support some type of legislation involving proper handling. It's not the governments place to tell people what they can have and what they can't.  I don't feel that people should be kept from owning "assault weapons".   I am thinking more along the lines of a safety course, not lock-boxes and trigger locks or whatnot. The legislation I am thinking of is more of a recommended course and maybe a tax credit or something for people who attend.  I believe that people should have access to what they feel necessary.
[8 Points]

8)    In July 2000 the Police Dept. of Attleboro Massachusetts entered a private party without a search warrant.  The party was not open to the public or in the business to make a profit. Any donations given were used to pay rent.  When the police entered, they arrested two people.  The first person who was arrested organized the event.  The second person arrested was arrested because she spanked her consenting adult partner with a wooden spoon.  Do you support the actions of the Attleboro police as given in this example?  Why?
No, they had no right for such action.
[10 Points]

9)    Do you believe that firearms and/or firearm owners should be registered?  Which ones and why?
No, goodness forbid we should ever be in the situtation, but a govt. that knows where all the people who have guns are also knows where to take them from should the govt. feel threatened.  But, aside from that there are other reasons, such as a right to privacy and safety reasons for those who don't own a gun (a potential thief might be more interested in robbing defensless people).
[10 Points]

10)   Would you support the banning and/or regulation of ammunition; or of some types of ammunition?  (IE:  Hollow points, "Safety Slugs", etc.)  Why?
  No
[10 Points]

Do you have an additional statement to make that is not covered by this questionnaire?  Use as much space as you wish.
