in this regard to mean individual citizens and/or residents.

Yes.

Yes. I advocate the repeal of ALL firearms regulations
-- because I can read English, and to me, "shall not be infringed," means
"shall not be infringed."

Yes.

No.
8)___ In July 2000 the Police Dept. of Attleboro Massachusetts entered
a private party without a search warrant. The party was not open to the
public or in the business to make a profit. Any donations given were used
to pay rent. When the police entered, they arrested two people.
The first person who was arrested organized the event. The second
person arrested was arrested because she spanked her consenting adult
partner with a wooden spoon. Do you support the actions of the Attleboro
police as given in this example? Why?
No. I do not support police intrusion into any situation where there is
not a probable cause and/or a warrant issued on probable cause to
believe that a crime is being or has been committed -- and I define "crime"
as coercive or violent activity in which there is a
non-consenting VICTIM, not just anything that might happen to be against
an unconstitutional law.

No.

I support the right of all individuals to keep and bear arms, and I recognize
the special role that arms play in equalizing situations for
minority groups who may find themselves placed in unwanted conflict with
bigots and with authorities misusing their power.
