Bad Question. "every American citizen" includes
those in prison for committing felonies while armed. With that proviso
I'd say, "Yes." Without that proviso I'd hate
to be a prison guard.

Yes. The office of Bristol County Commissioner is not a "law making (or repealing)" office. In fact, after two years of research I can't exactly tell what it does that M.G.L. 34B wouldn't take care of. If it really would do nothing then I'm in favor of "turning the lights off" of County government.

We already have a ban on automatic weapons. (It was in response to the police being out gunned by bank robbers with Tommy guns.) I'd support legislation banning Teflon coated bullet that can pierce armor (like a cop in a bullet proof vest).

No. Well, that depends on the firearm. Collectors of fully automatic weapons (like Tommy guns) have to register them and I wouldn't change that.

a private party without a search warrant. The party was not open to the
public or in the business to make a profit. Any donations given were used
to pay rent. When the police entered, they arrested two people. The
first person who was arrested organized the event. The second person arrested
was
arrested because she spanked her consenting adult partner with a wooden
spoon. Do you support the actions of the Attleboro police as given
in this example? Why?
No. Private affairs with no victims are not a public concern.

I think you'll agree with the banning of Tommy guns
