Yes. As the first Libertarian US Senator from Massachusetts, I will introduce
legislation to repeal every Anti-Gun Freedom law on the books. Repeal
the Assault Weapons ban. Repeal the Brady Bill. Repeal the Gun Control
Act of 1968. I will introduce legislation to repeal each and every one
of the reputed 20,000 federal anti-gun laws. I will actively initiate
legislation that repeals each and every federal
law, regulation, and restriction that infringes or interferes with each
person's right to keep and bear arms, on each individual's right to self-defense.

9) In July 2000 the Police Dept. of Attleboro Massachusetts entered
a private party without a search warrant. The party was not open to the
public or in the business to make a profit. Any donations given were used
to pay rent. When the police entered, they arrested two people. The
first person who was arrested organized the event. The second person arrested
was
arrested because she spanked her consenting adult partner with a wooden
spoon. Do you support the actions of the Attleboro police as given
in this example? Why?
