Yes
10 Points
2) If elected would you support legislation for the removal of firearm laws
and regulations? If your answer is yes, and if you are elected, what specific
legislation would you propose/support to ensure that this individual right
is protected? Which current laws which infringe upon this individual right
would you seek to repeal?
Yes I support . H.B. 02-1410 and Oppose backround checks, oppose the
recent move to raise the pistol ownership age from 18 to 21, and while I believe
it is a good idea for gun owners to keep their arms locked, I don't feel
this should be legislated. I am undecided on the new bill to make stricter
sentencing for felons who posses guns. I need to read that legislation.
I do not support legislation which attempts to delineate between different
types of firearms for instance fully and semi-automatic.

Do you have an additional statement to make that is not covered by this
questionnaire? Use as much space as you wish.
I am fully in line with the political stance of the pink pistols.
I realize many are concerned that the libertarians can't win in many elections
and therefore do not vote for us. If the race, according to the polls,
won't be close, please vote libertarian, it sends a message and even if we
don't win now, it makes it more possible for us to win later. Also a
vote for the libertarian candidate sends a clear message, a message that can
help shape the platforms of the parties who are winning now.
