1) Do you believe that the Second Amendment confirms the individual right of every American citizen to possess and use (update of keep and bear) militia/military weapons for individual self-defense, as well as for the defense of the State / National defense?
Yes! That is why I am a life member of the NRA, member of GOA, and member of GOAL. Restoration of the 2nd Amendment is my chief motivations for running for Rep.

2) If elected would you support legislation for the removal of firearm laws and regulations? If your answer is yes, and if you are elected, what specific legislation would you propose/support to ensure that this individual right is protected? Which current laws which infringe upon this individual right would you seek to repeal?
I would seek to repeal the so-called “junk gun” legislation, any and all licensing of gun owners, concealed-carry laws (should be able to carry open or concealed), laws that limit the amount of ammunition and components that a person can have in their home, “safe storage” laws… I would also like to see some legislation that would remove from office any legislator that did not obey their oath to protect and uphold the U.S. Constitution. Legislators must be held accountable and should pay a price for their treasonous act (gun control, racism, socialist proposals…).

[*] None of the above.
Government has no role in defining a marriage. Leave it to the church.

Yes.

9) In July 2000 the Police Dept. of Attleboro Massachusetts entered a private party without a search warrant. The party was not open to the public or in the business to make a profit. Any donations given were used to pay rent. When the police entered, they arrested two people. The first person who was arrested organized the event. The second person arrested was arrested because she spanked her consenting adult partner with a wooden spoon. Do you support the actions of the Attleboro police as given in this example? Why?
Without a warrant and without probably cause to believe that there was a crime being committed the officers were nothing more than armed intruders. No I do not support the Attleboro Police in this situation. Niether police officers nor other government officials should be able to hide behind their badge or their title. They should be held accountable.

10) Do you support equal immigration rights for partners of US residents, regardless of their sexuality / orientation and / or gender identity/expression?
Yes.

Do you have an additional statement to make that is not covered by this questionnaire? Use as much space as you wish.
I am having some problems with attempting to get my loved one in the country. The immigration laws need some serious work. Abolishing welfair and other such programs would remove some of the motivation from people who are looking to come to American for a free ride. Such abuses of the system make immigration difficult for us and our loved ones.
Armed and proud.
