In particular, I would advocate, propose, support, work for and vote in favor of a repeal of Missouri's laws prohibiting/regulating the concealed carry of firearms.

[X] None of the above.
Government has no role in defining a marriage. Leave it to the church.
[X] Other: Yes,
I checked three answers because it seemed to be necessary. I believe that
a) all of the aforementioned versions of "marriage" should be legal and
dependent only upon consensual adult agreement and b) that government should
not be involved in "licensing" such unions (contracts or religious covenants
are sufficient).

8) Do you support the right for people to act as they wish in a private setting, with other consenting adults?
YES

9) In July 2000 the Police Dept. of Attleboro Massachusetts entered a private party without a search warrant. The party was not open to the public or in the business to make a profit. Any donations given were used to pay rent. When the police entered, they arrested two people. The first person who was arrested organized the event. The second person arrested was arrested because she spanked her consenting adult partner with a wooden spoon. Do you support the actions of the Attleboro police as given in this example? Why?
NO. Assuming that the description of events is accurate, the police had no business entering a private residence without a warrant or probable cause to believe that a crime had been committed or was being committed. Once there, the police had no business arresting someone for either having a private party or for consensual behavior involving adults _at_ that party.

As a Libertarian, my personal convictions regarding
the nature of consensual relationships are irrelevant; what is relevant
is whether or not it is the government's job to enforce those convictions
on others. It isn't. The Libertarian idea, as applied to both adult consensual
romantic or sexual behavior and to self-defense, is that the individual
is entitled to make those decisions for his or her self and should not
be coercively restrained from doing so until and unless he or she makes
the decision to initiate the use of force against another.
