Yes. If elected I will be initiating legislation to change all firearms permits in Massachusetts to Class A. I will also initiate legislation to repeal all restrictions on the types of firearms which an individual in Massachusetts can own or posses.

Only firearms owners should be registered, and the police chief should be required to issue a permit to own and carry a firearm to any person requesting such a permit, unless the police chief can prove that the person requesting the permit has been convicted of a violent crime involving a firearm within the previous 5 years.

a private party without a search warrant. The party was not open to the
public or in the business to make a profit. Any donations given were used
to pay rent. When the police entered, they arrested two people. The
first person who was arrested organized the event. The second person arrested
was
arrested because she spanked her consenting adult partner with a wooden
spoon. Do you support the actions of the Attleboro police as given
in this example? Why?
