Yes

I would make it easy to obtain Concealed Carry Weapon Permits for those who haven’t committed a felony. We shouldn’t be prisoner to anti-gun sheriffs and police chiefs.
I would basically remove the Scott gun proficiency testing law that requires safety courses before you can purchase your firearm.
I would remove waiting periods.
And make it easy for gun shows to be hosted on county properties such as fairgrounds.

Banning is subjective. I believe the state has no right to ban because it leads to illicit black market firearms sales.

9) In July 2000 the Police Dept. of Attleboro Massachusetts entered a private party without a search warrant. The party was not open to the public or in the business to make a profit. Any donations given were used to pay rent. When the police entered, they arrested two people.  The first person who was arrested organized the event. The second person arrested was arrested because she spanked her consenting adult partner with a wooden spoon. Do you support the actions of  the Attleboro police as given in this example? Why?

The police broke the law so I do not support their actions.  The police had no warrant and the arrests should be thrown out.

I stand up for what is right and complain about what is wrong. I am not afraid to stand up for what I believe. I am grateful for organizations such as the Pink Pistols because the Gun Owners of California discounted me because I am not straight even though I agreed with them fully on right to bear arms issues.
