1) Do you believe that the Second Amendment confirms the individual right of every American citizen to possess and use (update of keep and bear) militia/military weapons for individual self-defense, as well as for the defense of the State / National defense?
YES
10 Points
2) If elected would you support legislation for the removal of firearm laws and regulations? If your answer is yes, and if you are elected, what specific legislation would you propose/support to ensure that this individual right is protected? Which current laws which infringe upon this individual right would you seek to repeal?
YES, all gun control laws infringe the inalienable right of individuals to keep and bear arms. I would propose a state constitutional amendment that affirmed all individual's right to keep and bear arms that would nullify all gun control laws on the books.

3) What do you consider are "legitimate" reasons to own a firearm?

4) Would you support the banning of some firearms or ammunition? (IE: Saturday night specials, "assault weapons", Hollow points, and "Safety Slugs") Why and to what extent?
NO! Banning cheap guns just takes guns away from poor people (or more likely, makes them criminal because they aren't going to give up their guns)
10 Points
5) Do you believe that firearms and/or firearm owners should be registered? Which ones and why?
NO. One of the main reasons the second amendment affirms our right to keep and bear arms is that the foudnign fathers knew that the greatest threat to liberty comes from the government. Just as we are all safe when criminals do no tknow who is armed, we are all safer when the government agents do not know who is armed.

8) Do you support the right for people to act as they wish in a private setting, with other consenting adults?
YES
10 Points
9) In July 2000 the Police Dept. of Attleboro Massachusetts entered a private party without a search warrant. The party was not open to the public or in the business to make a profit. Any donations given were used to pay rent. When the police entered, they arrested two people. The first person who was arrested organized the event. The second person arrested was arrested because she spanked her consenting adult partner with a wooden spoon. Do you support the actions of the Attleboro police as given in this example? Why?
NO, of course not. The police had no business interfering with private activities.
10 Points
10) Do you support equal immigration rights for partners of US residents, regardless of their sexuality / orientation and / or gender identity/statement?
YES

Do you have an additional statement to make that is not covered by this questionnaire? Use as much space as you wish.
GUNS: There should be NO restrictions on the inalienable
right to keep and bear arms, a right that is NOT granted by the Constitution
but merely affirmed.
Despite all the gun control laws, our rights
do not change. Those laws are used by the power-hungry government to subjugate
and control the people. Those who
advocate gun control are either "useful idiots"
(as Stalin would have said) or evil. Gun control makes no one safer.
PERSONAL RELATIONS: As far as personal relations,
the government has no business interfering. I believe, "No victim, no crime."
This relates not only to
unusual sexual activities and unusual marriages
(although I'm not sure they're all that unusual), but to gambling, drugs,
prostitution, pornography etc. Prohibition
does not work.
I am a Libertarian and want MAXIMIZE FREEDOM,
MINIMUM GOVERNMENT, and MINIMUM TAXES. Don't be fooled by the Democrats
or the
Republicans. The Republicans claims to support
gun rights and lower taxes, but then compromise your rights. The Democrats
claim to support personal freedom,
but then support draconian drug laws and limits
on personal relations. They both have the same goal; They want to rule,
and will compromise any and all principles
to accomplish that goal.
