4) Would you support the banning of some firearms or ammunition? (IE: Saturday night specials, "assault weapons", Hollow points, and "Safety Slugs") Why and to what extent?
No, putting emphasis that the gun is the problem is not going to solve anything. Criminals will continue to purchase such items even when banned. And the banning of them causes more crime when you exile a product to the black market.

5) Do you believe that firearms and/or firearm owners should be registered? Which ones and why?
I don't believe firearms should be registered. History has shown us, however well intentioned registering firearms is, this can be used to take them away from you sometime down the road.
As far as firearm owners being registered....
What is registering for? What will it accomplish? Criminals won't go thru the process? So in general I am against it. But I think it comes down to property rights. No, if you use a gun on your own property. Maybe, if you use one on someone else's property. It is up to that person who owns the property to make the decision.
As far as public property, since I pay taxes, I own part of this property, I should be able to carry with or without being registered. Many people believe this is the sticky area. My resolution to that would be to sell off Government owned property and then it will be the call of the new private property owner who says whether or not you need to be registered or certified.

9) In July 2000 the Police Dept. of Attleboro Massachusetts entered a private party without a search warrant. The party was not open to the public or in the business to make a profit. Any donations given were used to pay rent. When the police entered, they arrested two people. The first person who was arrested organized the event. The second person arrested was arrested because she spanked her consenting adult partner with a wooden spoon. Do you support the actions of the Attleboro police as given in this example? Why?
No, Adults have the right to live their lives in what ever manner they choose as long as they are not affecting anyone else right to freedom of choice. This was a private party.
