1) Do you believe that the Second Amendment confirms the individual right of every American citizen to possess and use (update of keep and bear) militia/military weapons for individual self-defense, as well as for the defense of the State / National defense?

Absolutely.  The right to self-defense is second only to the right of free statement.

9) In July 2000 the Police Dept. of Attleboro Massachusetts entered a private party without a search warrant. The party was not open to the public or in the business to make a profit. Any donations given were used to pay rent. When the police entered, they arrested two people.  The first person who was arrested organized the event. The second person arrested was
arrested because she spanked her consenting adult partner with a wooden spoon. Do you support the actions of  the Attleboro police as given in this example?  Why?

Absolutely not!   Because as long as what one is doing is peaceful, honest and voluntary, it "ain't nobody's business but your own."

Do you have an additional statement to make that is not covered by this questionnaire?  Use as much space as you wish.

As a Libertarian aspirant to public office, I fully support the right of each and every one of us to pursue one's own form of happiness with a maximum of Liberty and a minimum of government interference.  Governments cannot "grant" rights; they can only respect them or violate them.  I choose the former.  As I respect each person's right to live their life as they see fit, I oppose any attempts by government, whether by law or policy, which would restrict, violate or abrogate this most essential individual right.  Thank you for allowing me to participate in this questionnaire.  I hope to earn your endorsement of my candidacy if the Pink Pistols have a policy of making such endorsements.
